We have been farming trout for more than 50 years and are now among one of the most important farmers and exporters of trout in Denmark.
We can offer both portion size trout and bigger trout from 1kg up to 5 kg.
The portion trout is farmed in our freshwater farms in Jutland. This is being sold live for further processing. The sizes of the portion trout can vary depending on the need from the individual customers. We can offer the portion trout all year around.
The bigger trout from 1 kg up to 5 kg is farmed in our sea farms. Every year in the spring we put the trout in the sea and in November / December the same year the trout is ready for slaughtering.
The main part of the trout is sold frozen either head-on, gutted or head-off gutted. In the season we can also offer fresh trout, head-on gutted.
