  INTRODUCTION:

This machine is designed for  yeast-raised donuts, it is automatic temperature control, automatic walking, automatic turning,it can fry products of any shape. Only needs one person to operate.it includes:feeding table,Cooling table,mounting tables,the oil Filter Tank to and fryer.Like this:

TTQ-4F includes donut fryer,feeding table,cooling table,oil filter tank and mounting tables.

1. Donut Fryer : Fry the yeast-raised donuts. Production Capacity: 800 pieces/h(whenφ=95mm)

2. Feeding Table: Inserting yeast-raised donuts into the fryer . It acepts raised-donuts from a fermenting machine.the donut are laid on a fermenting tray and Fermenting cloth to fermented ,then transferred onto the Feed Table.The feed table advances in time with the fryer and drops the donut into the fryer.the prosess allows the donut maker to move about rather than standing in front of the fryer.

3. cooling table: Collecting and cooling donuts

4. Oil filter tank: Store the oil

5. mounting table: support the fryer,feeding table and cooling table.
