Tubular UHT  sterilization machine is widely used in liquid food “sterile” and “non-sterile” heat treatment automatic system, a large viscosity range of products, and can suitable for the fibers and particles. The sterilization machine was designed as high-precision products / water temperature control. Product from the surge tank pumped, is preheated to a homogenization temperature, then preheated to 90 ~ 95 °C, for milk protein stability, and ultra-high temperature sterilization, and finally cooled to a filling temperature. Pre-sterilized with hot water system is in the circulation loop, saving energy. Pipe diameter, shape (straightness or corrugated) and pipe bundle choosing is determined by the needing of the products. Just four O-ring s in each heat exchanger (in the medium side only),  one time checking one a year. You can choose hot filling, such as 90 °C. Economy processing way, can use semi-automatic units, also obtain the same effect.
