    The PESASUR tuna flakes are taken from the procesing of the fillets at the end of the shift. They are particularly recomended for sandwiches or sauces.
    They are well preserved with Olive Oil in a TWIST-OFFglass jar.
    The Tuna is "SkipJack" or better, "Listado" in Spanish.
