tuna is part of the family of fat fish, known for their high omega 3 content.
The fish are caught in the Pacific Ocean. They are ground and squeezed to obtain an oil that will be afterwards filtered, refined and deodorized.
EPA - Heart

DHA - Brain
The body needs a balance between intake of omega 3 and 6, which is rarely the case due to a deficiency in omega 3.
The addition of tuna oil can therefore compensate for this imbalance.
