SSD series tunnel type quick- freezing machine is divided into 2 structures: steel belt type and screen belt type.
SSD-I type steel belt tunnel quick- freezing machine: the conveying belt is made of stainless steel plate. The foods to be processed are directly placed on the conveying belt and are quickly frozen by airing from below to upwards or through side airing. This type of machine is mainly used for sea foods. The freezing time is optional from 6 to 60 minutes.
SSD-II type screen belt tunnel quick- freezing machine: the conveying belt is made of stainless steel wire or plastic-steel screen. The foods to be processed are placed in the tray or directly placed on the conveying belt depending on its type, and are quickly frozen through airing from below to upwards or through side airing. This type of machine can be used for processing of a widest range of foods (e.g. steamed stuffed bun, dumpling, fish balls etc.) and various kinds of fruits and vegetables, especially for those products, which are not suitable to fluidized quick- freezing. The freezing time is optional from 12 to 100 minutes.
Multi-directional airflow design ensures high quality of single quick- frozen products.
The Conveyor and the fan can use frequency speed governing to adapt to processing of diversified frozen products. Adopting wide screen belt or double-plate belt effectively reduces the overall dimensions of the equipment.
The coil and fin of the evaporator are of full-aluminum structure, and other components and parts are made of stainless steel or food-grade plastics complying with the hygienic standard for foods.
It is equipped with high-efficient cleaning devices for cleaning the residue on the conveying belt. The bin bottom is sloped at a definite angle for easy drainage. It is designed for simple cleaning and easy operation to ensure hygiene and safety of foods.
