TUNNEL Pasteurizer - COOLER
Usable inlet dimensions: W. 1,20mt. x L. 8mt.
The pasteurizer carries the containers by means of a polypropilene belts.
The machine is totally built-up in stainless steel AISI 304 including the frame
structure and is mainly composed by the following:
INLET Conveyor:
The inlet conveyor is totally made of stainless steel AISI 304 and is driven by
a vary-speed motor with 1:5 ratio. The containers transport plane consist of a
table-top chain W.101,6mm. made of stainless steel. The chain is fully guided
and runs over plates made of polyzene. The return side of the chains is plunged
into a channel containing water to keep them cleaned and lubricated.
PREHEATING & HEATING PHASE:
The preheating and heating phase is divided in two different sections:
1°section of 10’min. with temperature from +05°C. to +30°C.
2°section of 12’min. with temperature from +30°C. to +62°C.
PASTEURIZATION PHASE:
The pasteurizing phase is a section of 08’min. with holding +62°C.
COOLING PHASE:
The cooling phase is a section of 10’min. from +62°C. to +38°C.
OUTLET CONVEYOR:
The outlet conveyors are made of stainless steel AISI 304, have two lanes of
table-top chain made of stainless steel AISI 304 W. 101,6mm. and is driven
by vary-speed motors with 1:5 ratio. The two table-top chains are guided all
along the conveyor body and they run over polyzene plates.
MAIN MOTORIZATION:
The motorization of the main inlet conveyor belts are given by a motoreducer
commanded by inverter with digital display of the speed on the electrical panel.
GENERAL:
The tunnel is composed by four sections at different temperature and is totally
built-up in s.s. AISI 304. In the upper side of the tunnel there’s a set of sprinklers
sprayers in order to nebulize the whole surface of the machine with hot and cold
water rain. A complete water recycling system assure a constant flow of cleaned
water to the sprinklers-sprayers set. This hot water is constantely kept in tempe-
rature by means of three automatics thermoregulating unit.
At the side of the tunnel there are three steam by-pass unit which are connected
with the thermoregulators. The water heating is obtained by three steam-coils
pipes placed into 2nd, 3rd and 4th water basines. Inside the tunnel between the
pasteurizing and the cooling phase, there are some partition curtains to prevent
heat loss and avoid possible cold air drafts which might be a major risk for the
uniform pasteurization of the bottles.
Everyone basine is provided by the following accessories:
- Centrifugal electropumps for the water recycling system.
- Adjusting water flow by manual valve installed on the delivery pump.
- Water recycling tanks provided of filters.
- Stainless steel hatchways for the inside inspection.
- Indipendent thermoregulator (only in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th basines).
Also, pasteurizing basine is provided by thermoregulator with printer-recorder.
The electric switchboard is made of stainless steel and is provided with 24V. low
voltage controls. The pasteurizer can be inspected from the upper side by means
of removable stainless steel top covers and from lateral sides through stainless
steel hopening hatchways.
