For years you've ask for it... We heard you and here it is... Unlike most Texas Jerky we had to do ours a little different. Instead of smoking it and drying it out so it was thin and chewy... we left a little "meat" on the bones. I guess you might say our Turkey jerky is a "thick" cut jerky. Taste just like our deep Fried Cajun Turkeys... only with a touch of hickory smoke. Yes!! It was worth waiting for... Check out our other three flavors Regular Turkey Jerky, Jalapeno beef Jerky, and Red Chile Beef Jerky. Each packs has around 6-7 strips and weighs in at a quarter of a pound.
