it’s a delicate mix between the famous Arabian confections and the refined flavors of Spanish confections. It’s made with albumin (eggwhite), honey and nuts, with it’s own unique characteristics. A Corn Flour wafer on each side, gives it a crunchy touch. We offer four different flavors: macadamia, nuts, Almonds and coconut.
