Red Wine Morellino di Scansano D.o.c.g. from the famous Scansano Country, small area elevated at 150m on sea level, located in the province of Grosseto, (Tuscany region), with vine variety : Sangiovese 90% Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon 10%.
Wine - making process : Gentle pressing of the Grapes in steel vats at stable temperature, ageing 30 / 60 days in the bottle before the commerce.
Alcohol content in the Wine 13.5% Vol.
Nose : Fine and typical of Morellino di Scansano with fruity notes of Marasca, and one color Ruby to garnet.
Suggestion : Red meat, grilled and seasoned cheese.
Taste : Round and warm, sligthly tannic and fresh.
To be served at 18C°.
