With this in mind, in 1962 the craft bakery that was originally founded in 1934 became a business which was resolutely forward looking. Although the manufacturing process uses the original savoir-faire, the methods of the founding craftsman are now reproduced by automated equipment which has been specially designed.
For three generations now, our family has been cultivating the art of traditional baking with, associated with the most modern technology, respects the raw materials and continuously raises the level of quality of the products.
