almond powder : 4 table spoon , vegetable whipped cream : 200ml

milk :300ml , sugar : 3 1/2 table spoon , water : 200ml , Agar Powder : 4g

-how to make-

1.put water and agar powder into pan at middle heat and boil 2minutes with stiring lightly.

2.turn down to low heat,pour sugar and stir to dissolve.

   add almond powder and whisk well until thickene.

3.warm mixed milk and whipped cream in another pan till 40C, gather 2 pans and whisk well.
