| Golden Ice is the ice-cream line. The UHT liquid basis allow to get easily tasty and high quality ice-creams. It is a preservative-free, high pressure homogenized product that is ready to be turned into ice-cream by simply pouring it into an ice-cream or soft-ice machine. Golden ice is available in different types: White Base: for Fiordilatte ice-cream or, by adding aromatizing pastes, for any other kind of cream ice-creams. Fruit Ice-Cream Base: you just have to add a fresh or frozen fruit shake to obtain excellent fruit ice-creams or sorbets without milk nor fats. Chocolate Ice-Cream Base: to let one's imagination run free with chocolate ice-cream. Custard Ice-Cream Base: to realize ice-creams with egg taste. Vanilla Ice-Cream Base: for a tasty vanilla flavoured ice-cream. Improver: milk concentrated base, with high content of proteins and fats. Sugar free and with a right Stabilizers and emulsifiers ratio, it must be diluted with whole milk and charged with sugars to obtain a white base personalizable by adding pastes. White Base PG: white ice-cream base ideal for the addition of fatty pastes (hazelnut, pistachio, almond, nut, etc.) that doesnt need to be balanced by adding further ingredients. White Base PZ: white ice-cream base ideal for the addition of sugar pastes (biscuit, coffee, caramel, fruit pastes, etc.) that doesnt need to be balanced by adding further ingredients.
