UHT Yogurt Sterilization Machine

 

Feature:

1. The main body is made of 304 stainless steel.

2. The sterilization time can be adjustable in the range of 5-40 minutes. And the sterilization temperature is adjustable from 50-99 °C with automatic temperature control device.

3. The sterilization water tank is added thermal retardation device and temperature compensate device, to ensure the temperature in water tank.

 

Structure:

The machine is consist of water recycling container and milk jar, compressor and pump.

Water recycling container: the cold water is on the top and hot water under, it is cooled by compressor.

Milk jar: The outside is insulation layer, middle is hot water sterilization layer and the inside is milk.

 

Working process:

1)       Setting up water and milk temperature

2)       When the water temperature is up the setting temperature, the cold water will enter through recycling pump; thereagainst, the hot water will run in.

3)       There stirring device up the milk jar, the milk is heated evenly through stirring.
