UHT-1 Type Ultra Temperature Instantaneous Sterilizer

   It is suitable for the liquid material, such as fresh milk, fruit milk, wine, Soybean Milk and Chinese medicine, as well as the sticky material (for example, sweat condensed milk) upon completing with high-pressure homogenizer.

 

Our factory adopts advanced stainless steel 304 welding technology abroad, selecting the fine polished stainless steel tube, which has improved greatly comparing with the former products we manufactured.

 

Main structure and work principle

Ultra-high temperature sterilizer structure: the main machine contains a pressure vessel-high temperature bucket, used as a pressure steam container. The main set of barrel is thread-shaped double-pipe, used as the hot and cold exchange for inlet and outlet materials; The main set inside barrel is spiral tube, used as indirect heating.    

Sterilization process : Materials through the feeding pump into the outer flow channel of double coiled pipe , the material from inside with indirect heating for preheat , when materials goes into the high temperature coiled pipe set in the high temperature barrel , due to the steam in the barrel is indirect heated to be a need ed sterilization temperature , and insulates in the single pipe out of barrel to kill the materials bacteria , when steam is back to the double coiled pipe, the material flows to the inside flow channel and cooled by the outside material, which makes the outlet material’s temperature decline significantly ( Ordinary lower than 65°C). If it need s to raise or lower the outlet material temperature in the process , you can enable Angle Type Globe Valve , made it get through to hot source ( heat steam ) or cold source ( water or ice water ) to go into the outer layer flow channel in the bottom of the double casing .
