This Extra Virgin Olive Oil originates 100% from a special selection of olives from the domestic type Serrana Espadan which is harvested in the natural parks of the mountain ranges Sierra Espadan and Sierra Calderona. The oil obtained by natural sedimentation has a very low acidity. Thanks to its mildness, sweetness and flavors it doesn’t cover the taste of any dishes like salads, but rather emphasizes and enriches them. It is not filtered and therefore offers a very intense and fruity taste with flavors of recently cut grass, apple, kiwi and lemon. On the palate appear hints of rosemary, walnuts and Artichokes with a smooth, mild and slightly spicy flavor and not at all bitter.
