1 worker operates Liquefaction injector. To turn on Liquefaction injector, adjust and control steam pressure, loading speed, keep all material are liquefied continuously in 105 °C . It needs some time for Liquefaction injector. During this period, worker needs go to check and adjust saccharification process. Saccharification needs 48 hours. So there need a patient worker for this work section.

The Tri-effect concentration is automated, which is continuously operated at low temperature.

 

The worker is mainly responsible for start-up Vacuum Pump and contains vacuum degree, which make syrup concentrate elementary at low temperature. If you need high density syrup, you must send the syrup to final syrup concentration process.

The worker can not leave final concentration position any step. Because syrup from Tri-effect concentration has high density, so syrup into final concentration in short time. If you not mind syrup at the short time, the syrup will over density and cause syrup can not flow. The process need worker careful, the worker must test density every 2-3 minutes. After the syrup is reached density requirement, the worker must exhaust vacuum. Then the worker can get final syrup and pack bag. He also can send final glucose syrup to glucose powder workshop for making glucose powder.
