Process of producing the biodiesel:
1. This project adopts oil medium-pressure single tower hydrolysis and fatty multi-tower continuous vacuum refining and separation technology .In this process,oil can be used as raw materal,acidifcation oil,side products of oil refining can be used as raw material as well to produce high quality fatty acid products.
2.Medium pressure single tower has large output, high hydrolysis rate , uniform heat ,which makes it easy for heat recovery.
3. Strengthen the function of separating trace discoloration impurities and improve the color quality .
4. Improve the rectfication of fatty acid , reduce the rectification temerature and time ,which greatly reduce the residual and increase of output of main product.
1. Provide Precise design Proposal: Including Detailed Quotation List, CAD Flow Chat,
Technological Index, Installation Diagram,and provide installed Production Line video and photos
for customers reference.
2. Delivery Goods: Provide standard shipping wooden package, full set of equipments photos
before and after packing goods.also, full set of shipping documets sent by post.
