Special Considerations
Since Ustam Baklava margarine has a balanced buttery taste and aroma it is not recommended to mix it with Urfa butter (plain butter).
Ustam Baklava margarine should be melted using bain-marie method with no exposition to direct heat. Thus, heat spreads equally and margarine melts easily without burning.
After products in baklava style are baked the fat accumulating on the top should be added to the separately melted and unused margarine.
Products must be kept in room temperature (16-20 degrees), and must never be stored under the oven.
