Our v acuum cooling systems are the optimal method for leafy greens and other products with a high surface to mass ratio. 3 to 20 tons of produce can be cooled in 30 minutes.
Capacities can be 2 pallet (about 1.5 MT) to 8 pallet (6 MT). Wet, dry and alternate operation modes are offered. There are many options of door configurations.
