The entry-level is the powder made from cuts. This is the most widespread on the market, but unlike many other companies that also mix waste products to produce their powder, we only use good cuts prepared from mature beans.
The best quality is made from US Red vanilla beans, which undergo an additional drying step to be dry enough to be finely ground. The rate of vanillin being more important in red vanilla, it is also more important in this powder.
