Annual Production: 3500 to 5000 bottles of 75cl
Made from chosen parcels of vines growing on a verylimestone soil and exposed to the North, the finesse and suavity of this wineare preserved. The semillon Grapes from old vines give this wine its racy andfleshy character. This remarkable dry white Wine is atypical from this region, benefitsfrom the aromatic flavours of Muscadelle, our mascot variety. A Cuvee that oenologists startto appreciate.

Terroir: Very fresh, well drained thanks to itsslopes, quite late ripening, frost free.
Orientation: North, hillside slopes 100 metresofaltitude
Grape Varieties: In general around 35% muscadelleand 65% semillon.
Age of Vines: Average of 40 years
Farming Method: Reasoned agriculture, only organicmanure used. The domain is in the process of converting to organic farming.
