The segment of frozen products in the structure of the Russian foodstuff market amounts to 16-17%. To experts' estimations, the Russian market of frozen foodstuff, in the first turn, vegetable mixtures and mushrooms, is growing very fast – the increase is already up to approximately 30% per year and is rising every year. At the present time the volume of the market of frozen vegetables, mushrooms and fruit amounts up to 120 thousand tons.
