This type of disc centrifuge is mainly used in the system of vegetable oil for consecutive degumming, and dehydration, which is the major equipment for 10t/d~400t/d. It also works in refining meat oil from animals, or in concentrating separation of fish oil. It has advantages of high speed, smooth operating, compact structure, small footprint, all sealed of the inlet and discharge, little noise, good separation. The materials of centrifuge which contact with the parts are manufactured by stainless steel which meets the requirements of food hygiene.
This product has three types, including central value deslagging, artificial deslagging, and water push deslagging. The first type is mainly used in the desoponificating of oil refining, and the last two are used in degumming and dehydrating. Moreover they are all applicable to other similar materials for liquid-liquid-solid and liquid-solid separation.
The design, manufacture and inspection of centrifuge are accordance with the national standards GB10897 and GB10898 strictly.
