Ingredients

» Paneer 100 gm - cubes

» Cabbage 100 gm (1 medium katori) shredded.

» capsicum 1 large size. chopped

» Onion 1 large size. chopped

» Tomato 100 gm (2 medium size) chopped

+ Rasoi Magic Veg Jalfrezi Mix

Method

» Mix the entire pack of spice mix to 1 cup of milk.

» Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan. Add onion & fry for 2 mins. Add cabbage and capsicum & sauté for 5 mins. Add tomato and fry further for 2-3 mins.

» Add spice mix paste & cook for 2 mins. Add paneer and 1/2 cup water and cook for 2-3 mins. Serve hot with phulka or nan.

Do not add anything else. This pack contains salt too.
You can increase the ingredients to make the dish less spicy or add chilli to make it more spicy.
