This product has the good effect for the emulsification and thick of skimmed milk and soybean milk. It can prevent the fat separate out and precipitate in shelf life. The RC can gave the soybean products a full and soft flavor, and a fresh and smooth taste.

Usage:
1. Commonly, its recommended unit is 0.05 % ~0.10%
2. Usable method
Blending the RC and plenty of sugar until the powder is no caking. And then put it into water (below 80 °C )slowly. Use the high-shear Emulsifier or colloid mill make it dissolve absolutely.
