Our venison jerky is made in our factory unit in Nairn in the Highlands of Scotland from wild deer roaming free.
We use only the best (Grade A haunches) to produce our venison jerky sourcing locally reared wild venison from the estates of Sutherland. We then slice, marinade, and air dry, the strips - producing some of the best jerky available in the UK.
Our Smoky Flavour has a smoky second taste that you only experience once you've chewed for quite a few seconds.
