Ventadour & Chantemerle (V&R) has a very long history (est. 1868), it comes from Meyras, France.
V&R is now only available in Michelin rated, fine-dinning restaurants, bars, hotels and organic shops -Bicoop in Europe and Canada.

Since our water is natural, there is NO nitrate and no contamination from the sources and it is certified by French Authorities - The DDASS to prove for its quality and safety.
Here is the summary of the attractiveness of V&R :
1. Zero Nitrate - very few natural mineral water in the market has no nitrate in the water as nitrate is easily leached into the spring sources from the farmlands close to the soruces. Nitrate comes from chemical fertilizer and it has negative impact to the body in long term consumption.
2. Fine and natural bubbles - bubbles in Ventadour directly come from the spring soruces but not artificially added. Natural bubbles give a very smooth feeling and it can stimulate appetites without building up stomach gas!
3. Low Sodium level, sodium level as low as 13mg/ l can reduce the risk of exceeding the daily allowed sodium intake level and its beneficial to health for long term consumption.
4. Potential therapeutic effect - a few doctors from France has written some essays about the therapeutic effect the spring sources which shows therapeutic effects to patients with kidney disease and stomach problems.
