This winery, Verdeal managed by Edardo Poza is based in Rueda wine making region and has started out with the intention of bringing over to the consumer wines of an elegant aesthetics and elaboration.

Verdeal Verdejo is characterized by its yellow straw color with green reflections it´s aromas to Fresh Fruit like Green Apple with notes of peach, apricot and white flowers. In mouth is fresh, soft, tasty and long. It´s aftertaste resembles aromatic and balsamic herbs. The variety Verdejo is autochthonous of the zone, giving a different and exclusive note to the wines of the area. The production of the vineyards used for this wine is of about 7500 kg/ha, which contributes to a major concentration of the components of the grape and therefore a major quality of the wine. Maceration of the must lasted 6-12 hours at a temperature of 6-8 degrees C leading to a greater extraction of the aromatic components.

AYRE: DO Rueda, Alcohol 13%, 100% verdejo . 
Color color with green flecks very much alive. Clean, bright and well presented Olfactory phase medium intensity, with a distinct varietal character. Balsamic notes predominate (aniseed) and nice background plant (mint, fennel, hay, mountain herbs) or G-fresh fruit with notes of 0 (grapefruit and pineapple).

Tasty phase Boca fresh, rich in nuances. Good Verdejo expression extends to the end. Retronasal to fennel flowers with large presence of tropical fruits. Very balanced.
