Origin and characteristics of Vietnamese Fragrant ST25 Rice
ST25 is the supreme rice in the rice market. It is a variety of Vietnamese ST aromatic rice line created by engineer Ho Quang Cua.
The appearance of ST25 rice is very attractive with long, thin and clear grains. The cooked ST25 rice is sticky, aromatic and sweet, which you can enjoy the taste of each grain of rice. Vietnamese ST25 rice also contains many nutrients, and is rich in protein. Therefore, it is so popular with customers around the world.
The average growing time of ST25 rice is about 95-105 days. At the present, there are few Vietnamese areas that can cultivate this type of rice because of its seed limitation and its brand exclusivity.
