5.UNIT PRICE:

USD 480 per metric ton CNF Douala Cameroon  port  as per Incoterms 2000.

6.SHIPMENT:

-Loading Time : Mar  2011

-Loading port               : Ho Chi Minh port , Vietnam -

-Transitment                 : allowed

7.PAYMENT TERM: Irrevocable Confirm Letter of Credit  at sight issued by a prime Bank within 5 banking  days after contract date through the Beneficiary ‘s Bank:

Documents required  for draft acceptance:

1.Manually Signed Commercial Invoice in triplicate

2.Full set (3/3) Bill of Lading  make out to the order of issuing bank and notify applicant.

3.Certificate of weight /quantity /quality issued an independent surveyor in Vietnam

4.Packing list issued by an independent surveror in Vietnam.

5.Original Certificate of Origin in one original and three copies issed by The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Vietnam.

6.Certificate of Fumigation in one original and three copies issued by Vietnam Fumigation Company/Vinacontrol.

7.Phytosanitary Certificate in one original and three copies issued by Plant Protection Department of Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Development of Vietnam .  

Banking charges in the countries of Buyer and Seller will be born by the respective parties.

8.FUMIGATION: To be effected on containers after completion of loading.Fumigation not to be counted in laytime.

9.TAX AND LICENSE:

-The exporting duties and exporting license in virtnam is at Seller's responsibility and risk

-The importing duties and importing license/permission in the  country of discharge port  is at Buyer 's responsibility and risk
