blackcurrant, tobacco and honey. The mouth presents a great balance between softness, freshness and the smoothness of
tannins. The real character of the terroir is give naway on the finish by notes of peper and dark berries with spice. Served best
at 18°C with complex meals, as duck breast filet, lamp chop or matured cheese.
