Uses For its conservation, the product should be kept frozen at a temperature of -18 oC or colder; once thawed, it should be handled at freezing temperatures and/or be consumed immediately.
This product can be consumed by people of any age, as long as its cooking process is appropriate. Contains Sodium disulfide (added as a preservative).
