Our own award winning handmade goats cheese made with 100% goats milk sourced from our regular supply farms. Matured for at least 6 months, it has a delicious clean, fruity and full bodied flavour and a smooth, slightly crumbly texture. Made with 100% natural ingredients; goats milk, salt, rennet and starter cultures. Pastuerised and suitable for vegetarians, this cheese comes in 20kg, 5kg, 2 x 1. 25kg, 10 x 240g, 12 x 200g & 6 x 175g.
