VINIFICATION TECHNIQUE :
100% de-stemming, alcoholic fermentation between 28° and 30°C. Maceration from 10 to 20 days. This stage confers the wine's perfect colour, both in intensity and quality. Ageing in casks from 6 to 9 months.
TASTING :
Lively colour with ruby hints. Intense, concentrated, velvety nose, with aromas of strawberries and violets. Well-balanced and supple in the mouth, but with good matter, and subtle notes of oak and truffle. The tannins are round, giving the wine its smoothness and plenitude.
