Vino Rosado Lagrimas de Maria Tempranillo is a wine made with Tempranillo grapes planted in alluvium soil between 490 and 550 meters of altitude in Plateau and slopes. Soils are hot, which speeds up the process of the grapes maintain acidity levels suitable for the cooling of wine. The skins of these grapes is finer and accumulates lower load color suitable for the production of Rosé. After being despailladas, crushed and transported to a warehouse, the grapes are macerated in cold for a few hours to get the final color. Alcohol content: 13.5%.
