 This honey is exclusively pollinated by bees, and it possesses a very pronounced floral taste. Litchi honey is an excellent accompaniment to many dishes.  A hint of it on goat's cheese or green tea will tickle your palate. Also known for its astringent and analgesic properties, litchi honey is very effective to combat gastric and intestinal pain.

 Honey abhors heat. It is hence recommended to store this item at room temperature between 18 °C and 24 °C. Remember that raw honey will crystallize, and so much the better.
