    |The Oil is water clear with NO sediments. Oil is cold pressed and we use the fermentation method to extract the oil. Our fermentation times are 10 hours or less, our reasearch has shown that fermentation time over 16 hour increase the FFA level out of standard and reducess the quality of the oil. WE DO NOT us activated carbon as this removes properties from the oils.

    We are only a small/medium size company producing around 2000lt a month currently. Our volumes are lower than most because we care for the quality of the oils over faster and cheaper production methods. Cold Press/Fermentation and filtration without Activated Carbon is a costly process but one which produces high quality oils which retain the original coconut taste with a long shelf life. After opening our oil they DO NOT Smell Bad after a few month they remain good.
