coconut oil is a medium chain fatty acids that do not circulate in the body but is sent directly to the liver where it is immediately converted into energy, similar to how carbohydrates react in the body. And thus what is beautiful about this is that the body uses this fat to produce energy, rather than store it as body fat.
Storage : Pure oil typically hardens in temperatures of below 25C. Thus it is encouraged that you keep the oil at room temperature. Do not refrigerate. If the oil hardens, dip the bottle in warm water for few minutes. Do not reheat coconut oil as well because reheating it will cause changes to the oil molecules and will not produce the benefits as expected.
