Product.- Peaches in Syrup VITALIS
Description.- Are the conditions to be met by canned peach obtained from fruits of Prunus Persica Siela Zucc, in which all ingredients have been subjected to a careful slection and meticulous elaboration process resulting a higher quality product.
Ingedients.- Peach, water, sugar, glucose syrup, acidulant E-330 (Citric acid) and antioxidant ascorbic acid.
Physicochemical specifications.- Ph <3.8-4.3 - Soluble solids at 20C Brix: 15-
Other specifications.- Color.- Own typical peach (Yellow). Flavor.- Characteristic flavor - Turbidity <3 - Uniformity in size.- 1.5 - Defects.- <5%.
Characteristics.- Sterilized product - NORMA AFNOR: NF-V 08-401 - Stability control.- 5 days at 55ºC and 10 days at 37ºC.
Storage and shelf life.- 4 8 months. In the unopened container does not require special storage conditions but is recommended to maintain a cool, dry place.
Packaging.- Available in 1/4, 1/2, 1, 3 and 5 kilograms (Canned). Whole and halves.
