Product.- Chocolate spread cream VITALIS

Description.- Chocolate spread/butter cream.    

Ingredients.-  Sugar, lactose, low fat powder cocoa (6%), whey in powder, Hazelnuts (2%), Emulsifier (Soy lecithin), aromas and antioxidant. May contain traces of gluten and other nuts. 

Physical specifications.- Caston plastic viscosity.- 2000 cp +/- 700 cp - Ph 6.0 +/- 0.5 - Granulometry.- 25 +/- 5 micr.

Chemical specifications.- Humidity <2% - Fat 32% +/- 3% - Theobromine.- >0.12% - Fiber.- >2.3%.

Microbiological.- Regulation RTS approved by R.D. 2484/1977 dated 21 September 1977. Aerobic mesophilic 31ºC +/- 1ºC - Maximum 10(4) colony per g. Total enterobacteriaceae - Maximum 10 colony per g. Salmonella-shigella absence in 25g.

Organoleptic characteristics.- Color.- Brown characteristic - Flavor.- Chocolate with hazelnuts - Smell.- Chocolate with hazelnuts - Appearance.- Buttery, creamy.

Storage and shelf life.- 18 months. In the unopened container does not require special storage conditions but is recommended to maintain a cool, dry place. 

Packaging.- Available in 200, 400, 500 and 750 grams (Glass jar)
