Product.- Tomato Ketchup VITALIS
Description.- Product made from tomatoes, in any form, removed the skins and seeds which are added other ingredients.
Ingredients.- Tomatoes, vinegar, salt, corn starch, stabilizers, acidulants, Preservatives and natural flavoring approved.
Physicochemical specifications.- Ph <3.6 - Acidity 1.2% minimum in acetic acid - Chlorides 3.2 - Brix 27-28 - Consistency 3.5-4 - Aditives E-330 / E-202 & E-211.
Microbiological.- Reglamento RTS approved by R.D. 858/1984 dated 28 March 1984. BOE 27/12/84. Aerobic mesophilic 30ºC / 72H - Maximum 10(4) colony per g. Total enterobacteriaceae - Maximum 10 colony per g. Salmonella-shigella absence in 25g.

Storage and shelf life.- 18 months. In the unopened container does not require special storage conditions but is recommended to maintain a cool, dry place.
Packaging.- Available in 290, 300, 310, 540, 1.000, 1.850, 3.500 and 5.000 grams.
