Product.- White Wine vinegar VITALIS
Description.- Product obtained by acetic fermentation of white wine. Subject to clarification and filtration process yields a bright yellow liquid, no strange smells and tastes with a chracteristic acidity.
Ingredients.- White wine vinegar (60% vinegar and 10% acidity), and water (40% approx). Authorized adition of antioxidant sulfur dioxide.
Physicochemical specifications.- Raw material should not adulterated or contaminated. Does not contain microorganisms or substances created by them. Does not contain vinegar eelworm. D oes not contain any genetically modified organism. D oes not contain residues of heavy metals. Resudual Alcohol content over 0.5% V/V.

Storage and shelf life.- No special conservation. No precise indication of the date of minimum durability.
