There is a very simple explication for such a noble name of vodka. It was produced in honour of so called "dvoryansky" period, (the nobility period), in the history of Russian distillation that has been started due to the Decree issued by Ekaterina II in 1755. Tsarina by this document has declared the distillation as exclusive privilege of the noblemen.
Owing to addition of the natural ingredients such as peppermint and fennel you have a possibility to perceive a smooth palate and unique subtle aromas of vodka DVORYANSKA.
