Produced in Liguria, our Walnut cream is created in a traditional
manner, with growing practices that reflect a long-standing
respect for the earth.Cured and then artisan processed in the
traditional Ligurian recipe . Used by five-star restaurants as a
garnish for pate, game dishes and foie gras, perfect with blue
cheeses and aged goat's milk chevres. It is also good with
bread stick and as Pasta sauce.
