Pure, hand and machine sorted produce of Eastern Europe. We provide walnut kernel in several sizes and qualities, according to our client?s requirements. Its colour ranges from light yellow to light brown, it is dust free, and half, quarter or eighth in size.
We offer the following qualities:
- extra 1/2 dessert walnut kernel (containing only 1/2 bits)
- normal 1/2 dessert walnut kernel (80% 1/2 bits)
- 1/4 dessert walnut kernel
- 1/8 dessert walnut kernel
- 1/4-1/8 dessert walnut kernel
- 30% dessert walnut kernel, (30% 1/2 bits, 70% 1/4 bits)
- unitary dessert walnut kernel (1/2, 1/4, 1/8)
- industrial 1/2 (containing brown 1/2 bits)
- industrial unitary (brown 1/2, 1/4, 1/8)
A mixture of the above proportions can be supplied on demand.
