The Procedure to Purchase Scraps from the Seller:

1. Buyer sends LOI
2. Seller sends Performa Invoice & Sales/Purchase Agreement
3. Buyer confirms, sign, seal and return Sales/Purchase Agreement
4. Buyer makes 25% advance payment by TT from the total value of Performa Invoice
5. Seller sends Bills of Lading by Fax to Buyer
6. Buyer sends balance 75% of the payment to Seller on presentation of the B/L

Vessels will be carried by S.C.T.M Cameroon. They will notify you once they receive the consignment at their ware house. For loading to commence you need to pay for your container insurance for the agent in charge of the vessels to take charge and loading can begin.
