"Wasabi" is a Japanese traditional Spice, and well known as spice for sushi.
wasabi is often served with sushi or sashimi, usually accompanied with soy sauce.
The two are sometimes mixed to form a single dipping sauce known as Wasabi-joyu.
Currently, it is not difficult to find wasabi products but mostly those are sold in tubes.
The fresh Wasabi is now well used for sushi and sashimi (raw fish) lovers all over the world,
especially in big cities in Europe and the United States.
Nagano, the city located in mountain area, is the best place to cultivate fresh wasabi because of clear rivers.
