STORAGE: Keep below 0 ° F. Product should be no older than fourteen months at arrival.
PACKAGING: Packaged in well closed, cardboard box with poly laminate bag free of metal staples or wire ties. Bag must be different color than product, bag cannot be black.
GMO: SupHerb Farms must have a certificate indicating the Genetically Modified Organisms Status of the product.
CERTIFICATE OF ANALYSIS: Must be faxed or emailed to SupHerb Farms before shipping of product. A pre-shipment sample must be received and analyzed before loading of product. The information required on the COA should include the above microbiological tests, lot numbers, dates of manufacture and quantities shipping of each lot number.
