Water soluble capsicum oleoresin is obtained from capsicum oleoresin by emulsification,modification, and homogenization. It is a kind of natural spicy sauce with components of capsaicin and dihydrocapsaicin, and also small part of paprika oleoresin.
Application: mainly used as food sauce.
